1928 Auto Red Bug 6-Slat painted red. Originally designed by A. O. Smith who then sold the design to Briggs & Stratton. Ony 150 examples still exist to this day! This vehicle is powered by an electric motor in the rear. Brakes are from a Model T. Equipped with optional horn, headlights, and tail light! Brake light and headlights all in working order. Ony 150 examples still exist to this day! Top speed of 12 mph! 62in wheelbase with 20" tires; brand new tires! This was completely redone and repainted by the previous owner. Chassis is made from Ash wood. Horn works! Pedals are brake, throttle, and parking brake from left tor right. Seats are made from steamed and bent Red Elm. Battery is located in the storage box in the rear - power switch is also located in the battery box. Horn button is located under the driver's seat. This will be sold on bill of sale only.
